Assistant Patient Care Manager, Operating Room

Conduct daily operations by planning, organizing, and supervising care to assure patient safety and quality. Serve as a clinical resource to staff while selecting, motivating, and retaining personnel through formal recognition plans. Facilitate department meetings, trainings, and performance improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and patient experience. Review staff performance, complete annual evaluations, and ensure competency through remedial actions when necessary. Act as a liaison with Clinical Risk Management to resolve complaints and grievances, maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain departmental records for administrative and regulatory purposes. Requires a Registered Professional Nurse license with two years of direct clinical experience and supervisory background.
