Job Summary
Assist with pastry production and decoration for banquet and restaurant functions under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef. Coordinate pastry production, prep and decoration, operate and monitor ovens and kitchen equipment, and ensure quality and sanitation standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily features, follow safety procedures, and work cohesively with the culinary team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
