Job Summary
Assist Partnership Activation at the Boston Red Sox by maintaining Salesforce content for partnership assets (in-venue signage, print, social media, in-game promotions, tickets, hospitality and events), developing and maintaining VIP guest and Corporate Partner relationships, guiding pre-game VIP tours, aiding ticket orders and event tracking, supporting partnership initiatives, managing a photography inventory and delivering images post-event, contributing to annual partner reviews, sustaining game-by-game activity reports for internal teams, and providing office admin support and light labor. Requires strong written/verbal communication, customer service mindset, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ProVenue) and ticket-based workflows. Part-time schedule up to 34 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with ProVenue or other ticket-based systems
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Self-motivated team player able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work up to 34 hours per week on a part-time basis
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to manage Salesforce database
- Familiarity with ticketing workflows and events coordination
