Job Summary
Support the Park Manager in maintaining a safe, fun, and clean environment by overseeing daily operations, managing opening and closing tasks, and ensuring inventory tracking and cash handling align with business goals. Lead by example in enforcing safety rules, monitoring staff attendance and productivity, and guiding the hiring, training, and motivation of 20+ team members. Resolve guest concerns, inspect cleaning tasks, and model the company's safety-first culture while remaining flexible for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18+

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and think fast in a busy environment
- Comfortable giving direction, enforcing policies, and supporting your team
