Job Summary
Lead overnight merchandising execution by collaborating with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, available for sale, and presented to GOLD standards across the sales floor by the start of business. Coach, teach, and develop all overnight team members while directing their work to maintain accurate pallet tags, complete Hot Lists, and validate safety and sanitation protocols. Operate forklifts safely, perform required inspections, and oversee equipment and building readiness. Act as Manager on Duty as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team engagement, and member service during assigned shifts. Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance to support consistent overnight execution.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience
- Forklift operator
- At least 18 years of age
- Open shift availability
- Must maintain all training and required certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience
