Job Summary
Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose alongside the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising; drive overnight tasks, coordinate staffing and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and available for sale before morning operations. Oversee the overnight team, serve as Manager on Duty as needed, coach and develop team members to meet GOLD standards, maintain merchandise presentation and availability, enforce safety and sanitation protocols, and use reporting tools to guide execution. Maintain inventory controls, perform safety checks for forklift operations, and ensure compliant warehouse and club operations. Require basic computer knowledge, forklift operation, and at least 18 years old with open-shift availability; compensation starts at $20.00 per hour, with full attendance and shift coverage expectations. BJ’s emphasizes safety, customer experience, and performance while supporting club goals and daily operations.
Required Qualifications
