Job Summary
Supervise daily outlet operations and support the Outlet Manager in ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining product quality, and upholding service standards. Provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering positive relationships with guests and promoting seamless collaboration between the service team, kitchen, and dining area operations. Ensure compliance with all corporate, regional, and local hotel policies, operating procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and operational excellence across the outlet. The role requires a graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field with at least two years of experience in luxury hotel day dining. Proficiency in loyalty programs, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office is essential.
