Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest safety. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Ensure adherence to quality expectations, implement efficiency improvements, and follow all safety and security policies. Read and visually verify information in various formats; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
