Job Summary
Supervise outlet operations by inspecting and maintaining accurate service consistency while providing exceptional guest service. Promote positive employee relations between the service kitchen and dining room, and lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes for team members. Ensure strict adherence to all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures. Requires five years of fine dining restaurant operations experience within a luxury hotel, proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office, and a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager with operations, such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products
- Provides exceptional service to guests
- Promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room
- Leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Ensures all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to inspire colleagues to deliver service excellence
- Proficient in Opera
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in hotel loyalty programs
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in fine dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel
