Assistant Outlet Manager - Mekong

Lead and manage the hotel outlet operations for Mekong, partnering with the hotel training manager to identify and deliver departmental training, collaborate with the restaurant manager to meet budget goals, forecast staffing and food production, promote guest incentive programs, supervise scheduling and time controls, coach subordinate managers, maintain safety and sanitation standards, manage assets and conduct preventive maintenance checks, foster cross-department collaboration, and support banquet functions with a hands-on leadership style to motivate the team to excel.
