Job Summary
Supervise and assist the Outlet Manager with bar operations, including inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products. Provide exceptional service to guests, promote and maintain good employee relations between the service kitchen and dining room, and lead in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members. Ensure all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage, with a minimum of five years of experience in bar operations within a luxury hotel preferred. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership, strong guest service orientation, and proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Office applications, and hotel loyalty programs.
