Assistant Outlet Manager - All Day Dining

Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing areas. Inspect staff grooming and attire, monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being, and complete scheduled inventories to stock and requisition supplies. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Ensure adherence to safety protocols by reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and maintain positive working relationships to support team goals. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating narrow or elevated spaces. Requires at least two years of related work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
