Job Summary
Lead daily operations and ensure service standards and safety are upheld while providing professional, friendly service to guests. Maximize revenue through the implementation of strategies, practices, and promotions, and assist with menu development, wine lists, and service delivery standards. Manage team recruitment, training, and development to maximize performance and satisfaction, while maintaining a first-class visual impact including ambience, cleanliness, and décor. This role requires previous F&B leadership experience, proficiency in point of sale systems and Microsoft Office, and the physical ability to lift trays and stand for extended shifts. You may be required to work holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous F&B leadership experience
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of point of sale systems (ideally Micros), and Microsoft Office
- Possession of a degree or diploma in a related discipline
