Assist Outlet Manager to develop strategies to maximize outlet profitability while maintaining high service standards. Communicate marketing activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Oversee planning and execution of specials and promotions to drive sales. Contribute to financial performance analysis of the outlet and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and customer service standards. Monitor market trends and adjust the menu and offerings accordingly. Manage customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Implement initiatives to improve customer experience and loyalty. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience. Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and products. Participate in ongoing staff training for Food & Beverage to ensure professional and courteous guest interactions. Participate in regular performance evaluations of F&B staff and provide constructive feedback. Represent the outlet at promotional events or trade shows to increase visibility.
