Job Summary
Provide inpatient and outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents with pediatric cerebrovascular disease, participating in acute stroke evaluation and management while collaborating with emergency medicine, neuroradiology, neurosurgery, and intensive care teams. Develop subspecialty clinics and clinical programs aligned with interests, contributing to regional algorithm development for acute stroke care. Share call responsibilities within the Division of Pediatric Neurology and engage in research, quality improvement, and trainee education. Join the only comprehensive pediatric stroke program in Oregon to expand clinical care, education, and research efforts.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (or equivalent)
- Board certified or board eligible in Child Neurology
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Oregon
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Vascular Neurology, Pediatric Stroke, Neurocritical Care, or equivalent experience in pediatric cerebrovascular disease
