Job Summary
Supports daily warehouse operations and assists Operations leadership in ensuring accurate, safe, efficient, and timely order fulfillment. Provides leadership to warehouse teams, supports labor planning, monitors productivity and quality standards, and helps drive operational execution across assigned departments. Partners with Operations leadership, Client Services, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Order Processing, Production, and other cross-functional teams to meet client expectations, maintain safety and quality standards, and achieve site performance goals. May oversee or support multiple operational functions including Production, Pick/Pack, Order Processing, Quality Control, Receiving, Replenishment, Putaway, Inventory Management, Retail, Returns, Special Projects, Value-Added Services, or other assigned warehouse functions depending on site needs.
