Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations by supervising frontline staff, scheduling shifts, processing bank deposits, and preparing monthly and year-end reports. Ensure contractual guidelines are met while fostering client relations, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with equipment maintenance and cleanup tasks. Report safety hazards, policy violations, and accidents to the Facility Manager, and oversee hiring and training of cashiers and valet attendants. Maintain knowledge of local streets and landmarks to support efficient garage management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Speaks clearly

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required
