Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the assigned garage location by supervising frontline staff, processing bank deposits, scheduling shifts, and preparing monthly and annual reports. Ensure parking activities comply with contractual guidelines while fostering client relations, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining parking equipment. Report safety hazards, policy violations, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager and assist with debris cleanup and damage claims. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, local streets, and landmarks. Work the overnight shift with availability for second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Speaks clearly

Desired Qualifications
