Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations by ensuring contractual compliance, supervising frontline staff including cashiers and valet attendants, and processing evening closing reports and bank deposits. Assist in developing property-level financial goals, preparing month-end and annual budget reports, and auditing daily cashier shift reports. Handle customer interactions, answer inquiries, and courteously assist with parking equipment maintenance and general repairs. Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager and manage cleanup of debris, water, and oil spills. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, local streets, landmarks, and freeways. Requires valid driver's license, ability to work shifts including weekends, and high school graduation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required
