Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at the assigned location by ensuring contractual guidelines are met, fostering client relations, and promoting a professional business image. Supervise frontline staff including cashiers and valet attendants, process evening closing reports and bank deposits, schedule shifts, and prepare month-end and annual budget reports. Handle customer inquiries courteously, assist with equipment maintenance and general repairs, and report accidents, policy violations, or safety hazards to the Facility Manager. Perform cleanup tasks for debris and spills, audit cashier shift reports, and manage damage claims and petty cash disbursements. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the local area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Speaks clearly

- Have a strong customer orientation and positive attitude

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required
