Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day F&B/culinary operations, ensures compliance with F&B policies and standards, assists in ordering supplies (F&B, cleaning, uniforms), supervises staffing to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives, maintains operating budget and complies with legal obligations, provides customer-service leadership, coordinates cleaning programs across F&B areas, monitors quality and brand service culture, and performs other duties as assigned while fostering teamwork and professional conduct in a Marriott-operated environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
