Job Summary
Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets while managing operating costs and executing outlet expansion plans with ROI analysis. Lead the F&B team to drive sales, motivate staff, and ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery across branches. Develop new menus, review Standard Operating Procedures, and optimize manpower planning for peak periods. Identify efficiency improvements and implement branding strategies for business opportunities. Requires 5+ years of F&B experience, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, plus own transport for travel within Klang Valley. Shift rotation applies with off-days on weekdays.
Required Qualifications
- at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field
- 5 years of working experience in F&B Industry
- experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
- knowledge in food control & product quality skills
- Good communicator & people manager
- Possess own transport
- willing to travel within Klang Valley area
- Bahasa Malaysia
- English
- Mandarin
