Job Summary
Support the Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager in managing daily venue operations to ensure a positive, safe, and profitable environment at the ESALV venue. Conduct daily ordering for assigned departments while monitoring labor, sales, and Arena flow to make sound staffing decisions shift by shift. Assist in training employees, resolving guest complaints, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high satisfaction and morale. Provide input on new products, services, and technology to adapt to changing Esports Arena needs. Requires at least two years of college education and one year of management experience in a high-volume venue, with a salary of $65,000 for a full-time role in Las Vegas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of college education in a related field
- At least 1 year of previous management experience in a high-volume venue
- Experience in resolving disputes, inquiries, and complaints from customers
