Assistant Operations Manager

Assist in inventory control, cost control, and logistics; support facility improvements; maximize mix & blend opportunities through effective space allocation; schedule preventative maintenance to keep a safe, reliable facility in line with OSHA grain handling standards; develop operational staff to manage costs and ensure uninterrupted operations; contribute to energy conservation and asset security; lead onsite workers including contractors, temps, and service providers; ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and company programs, and seek process improvements; provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
