Job Summary
Hotel operations management generalist role supporting Front Desk (including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, AYS, Concierge/Guest Services), Rooms (Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry), Food and Beverage (Restaurants, Bar/Lounge, Room Service), and Event Operations (Banquets and Event Technology). Coordinates labor scheduling, leads shifts across disciplines, directs guest arrival/departure procedures, supports operational needs of F&B outlets, and leads setup and execution of meetings and events. Ensures compliance with brand standards and OSHA regulations, conducts guest room inspections, trains staff, and assists senior managers with financial and administrative duties to maximize guest and event satisfaction and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food and beverage, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- OR
- At least 3 years of experience in two of the following hospitality areas: food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
