Job Summary
Assistant Operations Manager supports daily branch operations alongside the Operations Manager, assisting in safety, productivity, personnel, equipment, and customer service to help achieve revenue targets and high customer satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating scheduling, overseeing field personnel, onboarding/training, maintaining safety protocols, monitoring performance, and communicating job details with clients. The role involves planning site work, coordinating with teams on site access and logistics (roof access, safety planning, workflow), equipment coordination, QA activities, and maintaining records while focusing on cost control and quality workmanship.
