Assistant Operations (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Support production management and related departments with administrative and organizational tasks, organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, appointments, and business trips including travel planning and expense reports. Prepare management presentations, plan and organize training sessions, maintain internal communication channels, and drive selected site and organizational projects in coordination with internal interfaces. Support site-wide initiatives, requiring strong organizational skills, proficiency in IT systems, and fluency in both German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of commercial vocational training
- Solid experience as an assistant, ideally in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient with common IT systems (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint)
- Solid knowledge in using SAP and Excel
- Very good German and English skills spoken and written
- Organizational skills and independent, solution-oriented working style
- High level of commitment, teamwork, flexibility, and discretion
- Confident, open, and positive demeanor as well as a sovereign appearance
