Job Summary
Assistant Operations Director at Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch leads daily restaurant operations alongside the Operations Director, driving efficiency, outstanding customer service, and food quality. Responsibilities include supporting front- and back-of-house operations, guiding and coaching staff, overseeing recruitment and training, ensuring health and safety compliance, optimizing kitchen flow and service times, tracking KPIs (sales, labor costs, customer satisfaction, inventory), and collaborating with leadership to implement cost-control measures and process improvements. Requires proven Chick-fil-A operational leadership experience, strong communication, problem-solving, staff development, and the ability to lead by example in a high-energy, hospitality-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of Chick-fil-A operational leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
