Job Summary
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell consumer banking products, including personal loans and credit cards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively while converting leads into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with product offerings and policies to ensure accurate information delivery. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to meet individual and team sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role
- preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet individual and team sales goals
