The Assistant Office Manager will support all areas of the accounting office, learning each aspect to fill various roles as needed. Responsibilities include processing, posting, and auditing deals, managing accounts payable/accounts receivable, and ensuring accuracy in customer paperwork for warranty coverage. Candidates must have dealership accounting experience, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be team-oriented.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years deal processing in new car dealership
- Automobile Dealership Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently

- Reynolds experience (preferred)
- Experience with MS Office and Google programs
