Job Summary

Assistant Office Manager leads a patient-focused team to execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE), maintains relationships with doctors, enforces corporate policies, motivates staff, assists with day-to-day office operations (flow, inventory, training), and provides leadership and coaching as directed by the Office Manager while handling inquiries in the absence of the manager. Related qualifications include prior medical office experience, customer/patient interaction experience, background check, and ability to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ABO/NCLE credentials are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
