Assistant Nursery Manager

Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children while maintaining systems to monitor, evaluate, and improve childcare quality. Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers, ensuring practices meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Assist in reviewing individual targets with staff, assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required, and keep costs within agreed budgets. Foster open, positive working relationships with the team to uphold our unique educational programmes focused on creativity, curiosity, and outdoor exploration.
