Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team while assisting the Nurse Unit Manager with daily ward operations, resource management, and rostering. Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans, and mentor nursing staff including new graduates. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges effectively through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Plastics reconstructive and cosmetic surgery and demonstrated leadership skills. Salary ranges from $59.16 to $61.11 plus superannuation based on experience. Applications must be lodged online by 16th September 2026.

- significant experience Ear Surgery
- experience Nursing Theatre & Recovery
- previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Extensive clinical experience in Plastics reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a senior nursing role
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check
- proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
