Assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide direct nursing care consistent with the RN scope of practice in an acute inpatient emergency setting. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to validate priorities, communicate changes, and ensure continuity through discharge planning and referrals. Monitor patient status, evaluate plan effectiveness, and complete assigned quality improvement audits while adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. This night shift role at Blount Memorial Hospital requires an Associate degree in Nursing with one year of RN experience, or equivalent residency.
