Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. Direct and evaluate performance of clinical and non-clinical caregivers while ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and unit policies. Coach and mentor staff to deliver quality health care, providing managerial presence for all shifts and input for performance evaluations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active Washington Registered Nurse License, and BLS certification. Full-time role at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- graduate from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Leadership experience
- Shared Governance experience
