Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts in Psych Emergency Services by supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. Direct and evaluate performance of clinical and non-clinical caregivers while ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical priorities. Implement and monitor adherence to policies and processes to deliver quality health care, utilizing the nursing process to coach, mentor, and collaborate with the team. This leadership role reports to the unit director/manager and requires a Washington Registered Nurse License and BLS certification. Full-time evening shifts are based on-site at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- graduate from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Leadership experience
- Shared Governance experience
