Assistant Nurse Manager Pre-op/post-op/PACU

Assistant Nurse Manager overseeing pre-op/post-op/PACU patient care and operational functions. Coordinates staffing, payroll, budgeting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations; ensures collaboration of care plans, adherence to planned interventions, and delivery of high-quality nursing services in a magnet-certified hospital. Role involves supervising and developing nursing staff, managing productivity and department goals, and supporting clinical leadership in a fast-paced surgical environment (outpatient surgeries across eyes, ORS, breast, flaps, vascular, and gender-affirming procedures). Requires BSN, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of experience with preferred supervisor experience; shift is 4-10s (M-F) with hours 7:00A-5:00P and occasional flexing; safety-sensitive position.
