Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager, Pediatric ICU (PICU) at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando. Leads unit nursing staff, performs venous access and infusion therapy procedures, develops and implements individualized care plans, monitors staff performance, mentors and precepts new staff, leads quality improvement initiatives, and ensures regulatory compliance. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and communicates with patients and families to coordinate care. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance of up to $5,000 available for eligible candidates. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred. Unit highlights include a Magnet-recognized pediatric ICU with advanced capabilities and a broad pediatric subspecialty team.
