Job Summary
Manage pediatric critical care transport registered nurses by hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance to meet departmental operational goals. Coordinate patient care, maintain equipment, and oversee clinical interventions aligned with age and developmental needs. Develop staffing plans, manage budgets, and approve daily payroll updates while conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Lead staff meetings, prepare huddle agendas, and determine nursing assignments including overtime. Requires 3+ years of pediatric transport or critical care experience and 1+ year of supervisor experience. Located in Springfield, MO, with travel to rural hospitals.
Required Qualifications

- 40 hour a week position
- travel between rural hospitals in Springfield, MO and St. Louis
- 3+ years of pediatric transport or critical care experience in a Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU and/or Pediatric Emergency Department
- 1+ year Supervisor experience
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's
- 2-5 years
