Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the unit director/manager by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services across shifts. Responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical caregivers, providing input on performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Drives quality health care through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration to deliver patient-centered care. Requires a BS/BSN and Alaska RN license with BLS certification; leadership experience preferred. On-site leadership role at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Alaska with full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN)
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
