Job Summary
Assist Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit; provide managerial presence for all shifts; manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers; ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements; coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver high-quality patient care; ideal candidate will have leadership experience, acute care clinical background, and a BS/BSN with Alaska RN licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN)
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
