Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room Orthopedics 1.0 FTE Day

Oversee operations of 27 operating rooms and manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers within assigned shifts. Implement and monitor compliance with policies, processes, and clinical priorities while coaching staff to deliver quality health care. Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes, providing input to the director/manager for performance evaluations. Foster a positive team environment and ensure adherence to professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. This full-time day shift role includes rotating on-call and weekend coverage at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
