Job Summary
Oversee operations of 27 operating rooms and manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers while implementing best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety. Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes, providing managerial presence for all shifts and coaching staff to deliver quality health care. Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. This Full-Time Day Shift role includes rotating on-call and weekend coverage at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR, with a $8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
