Job Summary
Lead the Nursing Resources department in the hospital’s evening shift, supporting the Float Pool and House Supervisor teams. Responsible for staffing coordination, performance management of direct reports, payroll reconciliation, scheduling and budgeting coordination, and developing collaborative care plans across clinical areas. Oversees staff development, interviewing for open positions, coaching and corrective actions, and ensuring department-wide adherence to policy and operational goals. Demonstrates strong leadership, ensures productive staffing, and drives improvement in patient care delivery during evening operations.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- ACLS certification
- RN license
- 3+ years of acute care nursing experience
- Nursing leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
