Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by utilizing the nursing process to support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. Provide managerial presence for all shifts while coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with caregivers to deliver quality health care. Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and unit policies and processes. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree and a Washington license, reporting to the unit director. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Leadership experience
- Shared Governance experience
