Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts as a Registered Nurse supporting the unit director. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services while providing managerial presence for all shifts. Coach, mentor, and collaborate with caregivers to deliver quality health care, ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical priorities. This full-time evening shift role is based on-site at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Leadership experience
- Shared Governance experience
