Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager in the Neuro Expansion at Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute will facilitate communication among nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include clinical support, evaluation and coaching of nursing staff, performance management, and addressing operational issues. Minimum qualifications include a BSN, current RN licensure, BLS certification, two years of clinical nurse experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The role involves supervising patient care delivery and participating in quality improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Two years of recent clinical nurse experience
- Demonstrable clinical knowledge and skills; oral, written and interpersonal skills; and strong analytical and organizational skills
