Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with licensed practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and share call rotation duties as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role. Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager or as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
