Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients as assigned. Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role, requiring Sayurday Day (7a-7p) and Overnight (7p-7a) availability for 1-2 shifts weekly. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure with a BSN desired and hold current CPR/BLS certification. Assist in helping clients achieve recovery from eating and exercise disorders within Monte Nido's residential treatment program.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
