Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, and clinical teams on behalf of the Nurse Manager. Share call rotation duties as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role. This position supports a residential treatment program for adults recovering from eating and exercise disorders, focusing on restoring physiological and nutritional balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
